MIDLAND GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY

October Meeting, Wednesday, October 18, 2017

The Midland Genealogical society will hold its October meeting on the 18th, at 7:00 PM at St. John’s Episcopal Church at the corner of St. Andrews and South Saginaw Roads.

“Eureka! I Have a Breakthrough”, presented by MGS member Bob Snyder.

The program will explore what happens when you get your results from Ancestry DNA. We’ll walk the group through the site and how to determine whether you have anything there besides your ethic history. Most of us in the Genealogical Society are doing the DNA test for specific genealogical purposes. The program will help you look for your connections to other family trees.

Genealogical Society meetings are always open to the public and are free of charge.  Light refreshments are available at the close of the presentation.
