Sweden: The Land of Our Ancestors
In 2020, Swedish Americans make up 1.1% of the U.S. population, with Michigan coming in 8th. Swedish migration goes back to colonial times with the biggest wave coming in the 19th and 20th centuries. The majority settling in the Midwest. This talk shows what you will need to cross the pond, and the records you can find when you do.
